Duraisamy Gounder established Shanmuga Modern Rice Mill (Production House – I), followed by Maharaja Modern Rice Mill (Production House – II) in 1989. Continuing this legacy of growth and innovation, Sri Venkatachalapathy Morden Rice Mill (Production House – III) was commissioned in 2026, significantly enhancing the group’s production capabilities and operational efficiency.

Today, the company operates with advanced infrastructure capable of processing 600 metric tonnes of paddy per day and maintaining storage facilities exceeding 70,000 metric tonnes.
